Over the following thirteen years Midstate Credit Management Services Pty Ltd morphed into Midstate CreditCollect Pty Ltd with the further acquisition of the Gippsland debt recovery agency CreditCollect in 2012 . During this post business ownership period Ross held positions as Branch, Client Services and Area Manager up until his departure from the organisation in April 2015.
