John Boundy Legal, also carrying out its civil litigation activities from the 111 Wills Street premise, provides legal services to CCMS and its clients.
Established in 2004 by its principal John Boundy LLB, the commencement of his own law firm brought to an end a ten year partnership involvement in the another renowned Bendigo law firm now known as Beck Legal.
John obtained his qualifications by completing his Bachelor of Laws at Monash University and was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1986.
With in excess of thirty years’ experience practising in many areas of law including Civil and Commercial Law, Purchase and Sale of Business, Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, CCMS clients have access to a well-rounded practical working knowledge of what is required to address the many differing circumstances that may arise in the Civil Litigation field.
John’s expertise, experience and knowledge is further enhanced by a considerable period of time he spent as a Clerk of Courts of the Victorian Magistrates’ Court before and during the completion of his law degree.
The firm’s two Bendigo offices are staffed by two solicitors John Boundy LLB and associate Aaron Day LLB, B.Bus, GDLP. Aaron completed his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) at La Trobe University and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2014. In this time, Aaron has gained experience particularly in the areas of civil litigation and property law, and also works with John in the firm’s other areas of practice.
Both solicitors have a support team of three long-serving Paralegals who have in excess of forty years combined legal experience.
CCMS are pleased to have its commercial legal association with such an experienced legal firm that brings three decades of legal expertise to our business and more importantly the business of our clients.
