From the outset, CCMS had a clear objective: to provide businesses with a more personalised, proactive and cost-effective approach to debt recovery, combining strong recovery outcomes with professional and respectful customer engagement..
Today, CCMS is backed by a team with over 100 years of combined experience across debt recovery, credit management, banking and customer service. We support a diverse client base across Australia, from privately owned businesses through to major national organisations and publicly listed companies, across a broad range of industries.
While CCMS has grown considerably since its establishment, our approach remains the same — hands-on, responsive and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for every client. We don't simply process accounts through a standard collection cycle. Each matter is actively managed, with every reasonable effort made to achieve recovery before legal action is considered.
Anne brings more than 35 years of credit management and debt recovery experience. Prior to establishing CCMS, Anne spent 25 years with Southern Cross Austereo as National Credit Manager, with responsibility for metropolitan and regional radio and television portfolios across Australia. In her national role, Anne managed a team responsible for credit operations across major metropolitan radio networks, more than 70 regional radio stations and approximately 30 television markets within a national media group reporting annual revenue of approximately $640 million.
Anne remains hands-on in client relationships, recovery strategy and the management of complex recovery matters. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with lawyers, liquidators and insolvency practitioners, providing her with the experience to develop practical, commercially focused recovery strategies and recommendations.

Christine has been an integral member of the CCMS team since its establishment in 2015 and brings more than 35 years of debt recovery experience to the business.
Prior to joining CCMS, Christine spent more than two decades with Midstate Credit Management Services in Bendigo, progressing from Customer Service Officer to Manager. Her extensive industry experience, analytical approach and strong work ethic provide her with a thorough understanding of debt recovery and the importance of tailoring recovery strategies to the circumstances of each account.
Christine is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for clients while providing professional, accountable and effective service. Her extensive knowledge and practical approach make her a valued member of the CCMS team and a trusted resource for our clients.
Ray brings more than 30 years of experience across banking, finance and business management, with extensive expertise in credit assessment, lending, negotiation and customer relationship management.
During his career with ANZ Banking Group, Ray managed clients experiencing financial difficulty, negotiating debt management solutions to maximise recovery while protecting the bank’s commercial interests and reputation. His subsequent career has included senior management, business ownership and senior lending roles.
At CCMS, Ray is actively involved in the management and recovery of client accounts, working with clients and debtors to negotiate payment arrangements and achieve practical recovery outcomes. His extensive financial and commercial experience adds valuable expertise to CCMS’s credit and recovery services.
Supporting our senior team is a dedicated team of experienced recovery and administrative staff. They play an important role in the day-to-day management and recovery of client accounts. Our recovery staff maintain regular contact with debtors, negotiate payment arrangements and ensure accounts are actively progressed, while our administrative staff support payment processing, account equiries, account administration and client reporting. Working together, our team ensures recovery action is timely, consistent and professionally managed, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
