Complete Credit Management Services was founded in Bendigo in 2015 by Anne Yates and Ross Smith, bringing together extensive experience in credit management and debt recovery. Today, CCMS is led by co-founder and Director Anne Yates, supported by an experienced team providing professional debt recovery and credit management services to clients across Australia.
Anne brings more than 25 years of senior credit management and debt recovery experience to CCMS. Prior to establishing the business, Anne was National Credit Manager for Southern Cross Broadcasting/Austereo, managing significant metropolitan and regional media portfolios across Australia. As Director and Client Services Manager, Anne remains actively involved in client relationships, recovery strategy and the management of complex recovery matters. Her extensive experience working with lawyers, liquidators and insolvency practitioners enables her to provide practical, commercially focused recovery recommendations. Anne is committed to responsive, accountable and proactive service, with a strong focus on achieving timely and cost-effective recovery outcomes.
Christine has been an integral member of the CCMS team since its establishment in 2015 and brings more than 35 years of debt recovery experience to the business. Prior to joining CCMS, Christine spent more than two decades with Midstate Credit Management Services in Bendigo, progressing from Customer Service Officer to Manager. Her extensive industry experience, analytical approach and strong work ethic provide her with a thorough understanding of debt recovery and the importance of tailoring recovery strategies to the circumstances of each account. Christine is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for clients while providing professional, accountable and effective service. Her extensive knowledge and practical approach make her a valued member of the CCMS team and a trusted resource for our clients.
Ray bringsover 30 years’ experience across banking, finance and business management, withan extensive background in credit assessment, lending, negotiation and customerrelationship management. As part of the CCMS team, Ray is actively involved inthe day-to-day management and recovery of client accounts, working directlywith clients and debtors to negotiate payment arrangements and achievepractical recovery outcomes. His extensive financial services experience andprofessional approach add valuable expertise to CCMS’s credit and recoveryservices.
Supporting our senior team is a dedicated team of experienced recovery and administrative staff, including team members who have been with CCMS since its establishment in 2015. They play an important role in the day-to-day management and recovery of client accounts. Our recovery staff maintain regular contact with debtors, negotiate payment arrangements and ensure accounts are actively progressed, while our administrative staff support payment processing, investigations, account administration and client reporting. Working together, our team ensures recovery action is timely, consistent and professionally managed, with a strong focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
